Ingredients


  • 1-1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein
  • 1/2 cup low-fat, coffee flavoured ice cream

Method


  1. Simply combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse for 30-40 seconds or until all ingredients are blended. If a thicker consistency is desired, add more ice.
